Allma Product Manager
Allma is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our fast-growing team and be the driving force behind our product. You will lead our Product strategy and execution of our roadmap based on our vision and the needs of our customers. As our PM you will shape the product, feature scope, product-manage development, shipping, and evaluation.
Working as a leader alongside our engineering and design teams, you will impact how teams work, helping them regain focus, joy, and energy in their day to day work.
We are looking for a visionary individual who is excited about building an early-stage product with cutting-edge technology that tackles the biggest challenges companies face as they grow and scale. Ideally you are someone who has a strong passion and track record of building new products and features from the ground up.
To apply, drop us a line at careers@allma.io. We can't wait to hear from you.
Requirements:
Product shaper – great shaper and high systematic thinker with a blend of creativity and practicality.
Process-oriented individual who runs a tight ship.
Influencer – engineering and design do great work for you because you inspire and communicate clearly (from written to synchronous communications to leading cross-functional decisions and collaboration). You lead stakeholders through the journey keeping everyone informed and accountable.
Data-driven – you use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions and maintain vigilant customer focus.
Product-market mindset – you build products with a strong market consideration and can also drive product-growth experiments.
What Allma is Building:
Allma's primary focus is on AI workflow management. Allma enables organizations to effectively deploy AI across their teams and workflows. We help companies set up and manage how teams use AI to power their internal workflows.
Today, work doesn’t integrate with AI, resulting in friction and pain when using AI technologies like GPT at work. While other AI companies build single-contained workflows, that leaves lots of use cases at work that fall through the cracks, without solutions. Allma serves as the editor interface for all work/AI workflows, bridging gaps for use cases without contained AI solutions.
Companies are sprinting to figure out how to use AI internally and how to deploy and manage AI to achieve efficiency gains and outbeat the competition. Allma massively reduces the friction of using AI, starting with GPT, and facilitates prompt-driven work, speeding up productivity and enhancing work output.
We’ve started by focusing on our “Prompt Management” tool — with real-time prompt refining, storing, sharing and discovery so teams can use GPT across all your work tools to power your day to day work.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager at Allma, you will take ownership of our end to end product strategy and workflow, including:
Shape the product across our web app, Slack app, and Chrome extension by working closely with users, understanding their needs and pain, and synthesizing learnings into gaps and opportunities alongside our vision and company goals
Collaborate with the CEO, and Design and Engineering teams to scope, build, ship, and evaluate product solutions with users.
Advocate for the user and continuously iterate to create remarkable product experiences that fulfill their needs and Allma’s vision.
Writing product scopes that communicate the rationale for specific problem-solving and that inspire the team and drive clarity on why and how we are building what we are building.
Lead the team through planning and developing product functionality, working with engineering to understand technical requirements, implementation costs, and tradeoffs and different approaches.
Empathetically understand software development patterns and drive delivery timelines.
Analyze through qualitative and quantitative data the results of a product experiment and use learnings to evolve the product through synthesizing signal into actionable next steps.
Ruthlessly determine how we should be spending our time and allocating resources and prioritization product functionality relative to our goals.
Lead stakeholders through projects, identifying risk or off-track areas and problem solving, and understanding resourcing needs, and timelines.
