Engage with customers via HubSpot directly in Slack
Bringing HubSpot's functionality into Slack to allow your Sales and Marketing teams to create tasks, receive notifications, and even answer live chats directly from within your Slack workspace.
What you’ll need
Permission to add apps in Slack.
Have App Marketplace Permissions or be a SuperAdmin in HubSpot.
Your HubSpot login email and Slack login emails must match.
Connect Slack to HubSpot
Log in to HubSpot.
Click Marketplace and select App Marketplace from the dropdown.
Find Slack in the marketplace by searching and click the app tile.
Click Install App.
Slack will open in a new tab. Review the app permissions and click Allow. You should receive an email confirming the integration.
Connect a HubSpot Inbox to a Slack Channel
Log in to HubSpot.
Click Marketplace and select App Marketplace from the dropdown.
Click Manage apps.
Click Slack in your connected apps list.
Click Preferences. Under Bring Conversations to Slack, toggle on conversation sync and choose the channel where notifications should be sent.
