What are Allma actions?
Allma actions prompt your team to quickly route, prioritize, and resolve the incidents, bugs, and feature requests streaming at them inside Slack.

As links containing bugs, feature requests, or incidents come into your team's channel, Allma will prompt your team to route, prioritize, and resolve them.
What does each action do?
Add to Jira
Quickly create tickets on any of your team's Jira boards. Allma will sync the status of that ticket (open / closed) back to the thread so everyone can keep collaborating in Slack. Also, Allma will render the Slack message in Jira with a link back to the conversation so whoever picks up the ticket knows where to go to find more information.
Quick channel
Open Allma's workflow modal, choose the appropriate channel type, and jump into the collaborating with your team.
Gather context
Ask questions and gather their answers in a strcutured format, right inside the thread. Push those into Jira when you have enough context to work on it.
Remind
Use Allma's reminders to manage keep priortize, close out, and re-set reminders on messages you don't want to lose track of.

Yes. You need to remove Allma and then re-add Allma to the channel. If you cannot remove Allma, or get an error like the one below, please use the slash command /allma leave
Once you re-add Allma you will be prompted to answer if this channel receives bugs and feature requests. Click yes.
