Keep other teams like leadership and customer success informed by broadcasting relevant updates to other channels across the organization. Allma's incident timeline is hooked up to our communication system, enabling you to broadcast updates across your workspace channel as the incident unfolds.

Set up channel notification rules to route incident updates to the relevant parties.
