Allma is developing AI-based tools for the future of work and seeking a hungry, scrappy generalist to join our team. The initial scope for the role would be a 3-month part-time contract, with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment after the contract expires

What you’ll do:
Core Responsibilities:
People Ops
Assist with onboarding and off-boarding staff (ordering computer hardware, setting up accounts, etc.)
Manage US employee benefits enrollment
Organize and maintain personnel records and internal databases (vacation tracking, org chart, etc.)
Recruiting: candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, feedback collection
Field benefits-related questions from current and former employees
Operations
Process invoices and manage record keeping of all expenses
Research, negotiate with and manage vendors
Team culture management: help define what good looks like for creating a strong, diverse team and culture in a distributed organization
Culture/team building: organize biweekly team hangs, in-person team offsites, webinars, and product launches.
Manage company swag
Partner with the Chief of Staff to oversee daily operations of the company and perform ad hoc projects as required
CEO Leverage
Process/admin leverage for CEO
Travel coordination for quarterly executive team meetings
